Annual Leave: 25 days pro rata plus standard public holidays and an additional 4 days including the closure of our office between Christmas and New Year.

Location: College Lane Campus, Hatfield

Main duties and responsibilities

You will support the admissions administration for the University’s Online courses and will be responsible for updating the Student Records system with admissions information. You will ensure accurate and correct completion of administrative tasks in full compliance with University and external agencies’ regulatory requirements.   

Skills and experience required

You will need good IT skills including the use of MSOffice and Databases, and data inputting skills. You will also need good organisational and communication skills as well as a methodical approach and attention to detail.  

Qualifications required

You will be educated with five GCSEs at grade C/4 or above including Mathematics and English, or equivalent, or proven professional work experience.  

Even if your background isn’t in administration, but you have good customer service skills and an eye for administrative detail, we’d love to hear from you.
