As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will play a crucial role in making these projects happen.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Significant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts in a research environment
  • Strong knowledge of commercial risks and terms
  • Proven ability to negotiate with commercial partners
  • Excellent communication skills to interpret contractual terms to service users

As a Senior Contracts Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts in a research environment
  • confidently negotiating with commercial partners
  • Offering a pragmatic approach to negotiate terms that supports the University and manages risk
  • Ensuring our service users, understand the important aspects of their contract and how to make effective use of it throughout the project
