About this role
We are looking for a friendly person, with great communication skills to join our amazing Customer Services Team within the University’s Accommodation Services Department. This front-line role, supports the 5,500 student residents who come from wide and diverse backgrounds and cultures. Previous experience of dealing with similar customers would be helpful. The students who live on campus are generally away from home for the first time and therefore need help and support with the transition. An understanding of students and student life challenges is essential to the role.
About you
To be successful you will need to have a wide range of administrative experience in customer focussed environments. Experience of customer service is also essential, as well as good IT skills and a grasp of Microsoft Office. We are looking for people who will go the extra mile to help and support our student residents.
Where is this role based?
This post is based at our lively Frenchay campus, on some occasions you might also be requested to work from our Glenside Campus.

This is a full-time, fixed-term post for 18 months, working 37 hours per week.
This post is not available on a job share basis due to the shift pattern and nature of the role.
