The successful applicants will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues in the development and delivery of high-quality teaching. They would also be Academic Personal Tutors and supervise students on our undergraduate psychology programme (Level 6 dissertation research project). The role will primarily be covering teaching and supervision on our undergraduate/conversion programmes, with the potential to be involved with some postgraduate provision (dependent on experience and expertise).
You will join a supportive and collaborative community of academics with a strong commitment to scholarly and professional activity, and an excellent track record of delivering a high-quality student experience.
We are particularly keen to appoint individuals committed to developing ready and able graduates who are active citizens capable of making real contributions to their communities, workplaces, and society. We collaborate closely with employers and stakeholders to ensure that our curricula remain current, topical, and relevant to societal needs.
We offer a suite of undergraduate and postgraduate psychology programmes accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and other professional bodies. We are focussed on the delivery of research informed and high-quality teaching with a strong emphasis on the application of academic understanding to real-world contexts with impact.
