About this role
Estates within UWE Bristol is seeking to appoint a BIM Coordinator to support the Design and BIM Team. Estates are responsible to deliver capital investment projects and maintenance, including reactive and planned maintenance for more than 150 buildings across three campuses.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work and learn in the Estates Department of a large and complex organisation. This role is responsible for keep building information up-to-date and relevant to estates operations and maintenance.
About you
Are you passionate about digital advancements in the construction industry? Are you willing to make a difference within estates management at a green award-winning university? If so, and you have experience in working with Revit, managing data inputs and outputs and an excellent attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.
You will be responsible for keeping master models and set of drawings up-to-date and uploaded in relevant UWE systems. You will work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

This is a full-time, permanent post, working 37 hours per week.
