Department/Location: Judge Business School, Central Cambridge
Cambridge Judge Business School leverages the power of academia for real world impact to transform individuals, organisations and society. Since 1990, Cambridge Judge has forged a reputation as a centre of rigorous thinking and high-impact transformative education, situated within one of the world's most prestigious research universities, and in the heart of the Cambridge Cluster, the most successful technology entrepreneurship cluster in Europe.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic and team-orientated professional to join the research support team, providing administrative support to members of the Finance and Operations & Technology Management subject groups. The role holder reports directly to the Research Manager, with daily work allocation from the Subject Group Heads. They will co-ordinate research seminars and workshops, arrange conference and fieldwork travel, monitor and approve research expenditure, process expense claims and invoices, and make arrangements for academic visitors.
A team player with previous experience in an administrative role, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels. You will have the ability to prioritise your own workload, use your initiative to problem solve under pressure, and multi-task to meet deadlines set by multiple members of the group.
