Derby College Group (DCG) are seeking an exceptional individual to join our examinations team based at our iconic Roundhouse campus. In this role you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of examinations and assessments across the college.
The Opportunity
As Examinations Assistant you will play a vital role in the running of our students’ exams. The role has a variety of exciting parts including administrative support to staff, students and parents and providing an excellent customer service to all stakeholders. You will work flexibly and will support the wider Regulation and MIS teams during peak times including enrolment and timetabling.

About you
You will have experience of working as a member of a team delivering a key support service which is customer focussed and will demonstrate the ability to enter and retrieve data to high levels of accuracy. If you have experience working in an administrative role and/or of exams administration and exam board regulations, that is an advantage. But if you don’t have this experience that’s also great; if you have the key skills required, we will train you on the rest!
