About the Role
As an Associate Lecturer in Business and Management, you will be delivering engaging course content in various business disciplines, ensuring it aligns with both academic standards and industry relevance. You'll assess student performance through assignments and exams, providing constructive feedback to facilitate their academic and professional growth.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring effective management of student interactions and actively enhancing their engagement and overall learning experience. You will also contribute to curriculum development by supporting module leaders to reflect the latest trends in business and management.
About You
In-depth Business and Management Knowledge: Strong grasp of contemporary business theories, practices, and emerging trends.
Strong Interpersonal and Mentorship Abilities: Building rapport with students, offering academic guidance, and creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Effective Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and engagingly to a diverse range of students, both in written and oral forms.
Adaptability and Collaborative Spirit: Flexibility in adapting to changing educational needs and working effectively with colleagues for curriculum enhancement and research projects.
Assessment and Feedback Proficiency: Skilled in evaluating student work accurately and providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
