The Ineos Oxford Institute for Antimicrobial Research (IOI) is an exciting initiative creating major new opportunities for science and advances in human health, and now aims to recruit a pro-active and motivated Laboratory Manager to join the Ineos-Oxford Institute for Antimicrobial Resistance (IOI). This role is being offered as an 8-month maternity cover which is available immediately and will run until October 2025.
The post holder will be responsible for managing the day-to-day laboratory coordination for the Ineos-Oxford Institute in the Biology department, ensuring effective delivery of research while maintaining laboratory space and assets.
With proven experience in laboratory and facilities management, the role holder will line manage a team consisting of laboratory technicians and an Assistant Laboratory Manager, to ensure effective delivery of research.
