About the role:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to take on the dual responsibility of working on our brand refresh and designing impactful print and digital marketing materials. This 1-year fixed term contract role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for brand strategy and creative design.
About you:
An ideal candidate for this role is a creative and strategic professional with a strong background in marketing, communications, and design. They should excel in guiding the launch of a refreshed brand strategy in alignment with organisational goals, working closely with senior leaders and teams to ensure cohesive execution. This person needs to have expertise in conducting brand audits, identifying areas for improvement, and producing high-quality print and digital materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations.
They must possess the ability to adapt designs across various formats while maintaining consistency and quality, ensuring all assets reflect the updated brand identity. Collaboration is key, as the candidate will work with internal teams, stakeholders, and external agencies to implement the refreshed brand vision, as well as assist in developing and maintaining comprehensive brand guidelines to drive organisation-wide adoption.
Attention to detail and analytical skills are essential, as the candidate will monitor and evaluate the impact of the brand refresh using KPIs and feedback. They should also have a proactive approach to managing production processes with external vendors and a capacity for conceptualising innovative campaigns that align with the refreshed strategy. Creativity, technical proficiency, and the ability to adapt to different platforms while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards are critical for success in this role.
