Derby College Group (DCG) are recruiting for an experienced Examinations Manager to lead our brilliant exams team of exam assistants and sessional invigilators. This role is based at our iconic Roundhouse Campus with responsibility for exams across all our four campuses. The Opportunity
Within this role you’ll have overall responsibility for leading all aspects of examinations and invigilation for the College and will contributing to revolutionise the systems and processes at the College. You will lead the examinations team and provide inspirational leadership to ensure that the function operates at the highest level also developing and providing an excellent examinations service for all college students and staff.

About you
To excel in this role, you’ll have great communication and interpersonal skills, be adaptable and flexible with good organisational. You will be an excellent leader with the ability to influence, negotiate and effect change. You will have worked in a managerial/team leader role within an education examinations department and have knowledge of all examination boards and requirements plus experience with EBS examinations systems.
