Are you keen to work with students and teaching staff to support an excellent learning experience and student attainment? Do you have a strong customer service focus and administrative experience? Birkbeck, University of London, is seeking a Programme Administrator (maternity cover) to start next year in 2025.
Birkbeck is celebrating its 200th year and student experience is key to our next century. As Programme Administrator within the Faculty of Business & Law, you will be part of a team supporting students and teaching staff in the delivery of academic programmes.

Contract
Fixed-term, 14-month contract until April 2026 (maternity cover). Full-time (35 hours a week) Monday-Friday 10-6pm with hybrid working, and two days a week in the office. Please submit an application form for consideration.

Salary and benefits
£30,292 rising to £33,862 per annum which is Grade 4 of the College's London Pay Scale. Birkbeck offers a competitive salary and pension scheme, 31 days paid leave, flexible working arrangements and some of the most generous benefits in the HE sector, all while being located right in the heart of Bloomsbury, Euston, London.
The salary quoted is on the College's London Pay Scale which includes a consolidated Weighting/Allowance which applies only to staff whose normal contractual place of work is in the London area.
