Campus Safety and Security Shift Supervisor

Job description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a caring, understanding and customer-focused individual to join our friendly Campus Safety and Security (CS&S) team.

You will supervise a team of 14 staff on a rotating 24/7 shift pattern including bank holidays and weekends. The team responds to all emergency incidents across the University estate for example; managing fire alarms, first aid, emergency mental health support. Responding to incidents and emergencies as required, you will demonstrate careful judgement, excellent customer service and a high level of integrity. You will foster an environment of continuous improvement, developing your team and providing a highly visible presence and service around campus.
