Background

The Workforce Development Team, within the School of Health Sciences, specializes in delivering quality training through CPD modules and City Health study days.

The team manages contract funding, data reporting, and bespoke course requests while liaising with internal and external stakeholders to provide excellent customer service.

They also maintain bespoke tools for the CPD Hub, collaborate with marketing to create outreach materials, and participate in governance committees and boards.

Responsibilities

The post holder will support the smooth operation of the CPPD application process by communicating with stakeholders, maintaining records, resolving issues, and taking a proactive approach to problem-solving. Advanced knowledge of IT systems is essential to deliver exceptional service.

The successful candidate will be proactive and team-oriented, with the ability to manage diverse projects and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including students, healthcare employers, and funding bodies. Hybrid Working
