Background
Property & Facilities is a busy department delivering a diverse range of services to staff, students, and visitors to the University, which includes Timetabling, Project Management, Security, Maintenance and Facilities.
Responsibilities
Working in the Central Administration Team (CAT) within the Property & Facilities Department (PAF) you will be supporting the team and the Office Manager in carrying out all administration tasks within the department.
Person Specification
Educated to A level or equivalent or equivalent office administration experience
Experience of using of IT systems, including the use of MS Office packages.
Good communication and strong interpersonal skills and an ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of people in a professional and friendly manner.
A flexible approach to work and an ability to work effectively as part of a team.
