We are seeking a highly motivated full time Clinical Research Fellow to join the Department of Clinical Neurosciences at Oxford University. This post is funded by the Medical Research Council, reports to Dr Andreas Themistocleous (MRC Clinician Scientist) and is for a period of 3 years. The post holder is a member of the vibrant neuropathic pain community at the Neural Injury research group. Main responsibility is to carry out research aiming to understand the link between peripheral neuronal activity and neuropathic pain. The post holder is responsible for patient recruitment and data collection to an observational study. There will be opportunities to obtain training in nerve conduction studies, axonal excitability and microneurography.
