St Antony’s College is modernising business processes and IT systems so that we can operate in a more efficient and effective way. Our goal is to better support College members as they undertake their learning and research, so that their journey through Oxford University is underpinned by processes that support them and IT systems that meet the needs of today’s students and academics.
These changes will involve modernising our accounting software, member database and other systems as well changing our processes to match.
We are establishing a new project to deliver this change over the next few years and will begin by recruiting a Business Process and Systems Manager. We are looking for someone who can confidently engage with others, and is adept at identifying issues and finding solutions. To be successful in your application, you will be capable of working with others to identify how IT systems can improve the experience of our members and the staff who provide support those members.
It is key that candidates enjoy challenges and problem solving, and recognise the importance we place on supporting our college members. Successful candidates will be keen to engage with others across the College and bring their experience to bear in documenting and developing processes, selecting new IT applications and supporting their implementation.
