We are seeking a proactive Accounts Payable Assistant who will support the financial operations of both Saïd Business School and its trading subsidiary, OSBS Ltd. This role involves overseeing the purchase-to-pay process, supplier management and expense processing. Your expertise will help us identify better ways to do things and contribute to a dynamic, evolving environment. Key responsibilities:
- Raise requisitions, manage purchase orders and provide purchasing support via Oracle.
- Ensure timely processing of supplier invoices, including liaising with budget holders to clear any holds.
- Ensure timely processing and compliance of expenses, including credit card and advance monitoring.
- Reconcile and recover any amounts due from Travelex or advances, ensuring value for money.
You will have experience in financial ledger processes, meeting monthly deadlines and a strong numerical aptitude. You must also demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail and excellent customer focus, including a proactive approach to addressing inefficiencies.
