About the Department
Strategic Planning & Transformation (SP&T) are at the heart of all the University activity: supporting University leadership through good governance; identifying opportunities and challenges through data and insights; and delivering transformation through our project office. Working in this department, you will have direct impact on how we help schools and departments move forward to meet key operational changes.
About the role
We are now seeking a Business Change Specialist (BCS) to join the Project Management Office and work on a wide range of projects with stakeholders from across the university. You will develop and implement change management strategies and be responsible for conducting impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and engagement plans to enable successful delivery of strategic projects. You will provide coaching and guidance to colleagues across the university to ensure best practice is embedded into all projects.
This a varied role and you will be required to work on a range of different size, complex and diverse workstreams. You will have proven experience of working in a business change role with a clear understanding change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement and benefits realisation.
