We have an exciting fixed term opportunity for an organised and motivated Administrator to join our Student Futures team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting students as they navigate their career paths, providing essential operational and administrative support to various employability programmes, projects, and events. Your contribution will be central to the ongoing development of our employability services, which aim to offer personalized guidance and practical resources to students and recent graduates.
As part of this role, you will work collaboratively within a dynamic team, engaging with both internal and external stakeholders. This involves assisting with digital outreach and content development, as well as maintaining seamless service delivery through database management and reporting. Your administrative skills will ensure smooth operations, supporting tasks related to UniTemps recruitment, student placements, and event logistics.
We are looking for someone with a proactive approach, strong organisational skills, and experience in client-focused administrative work. Familiarity with data processing, project coordination, and Microsoft Office applications is essential.
