An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Access and Outreach Coordinator to work under the supervision of the Admissions and Outreach Manager to cultivate and maintain links with contacts in schools and colleges in our regional link area.

The Access and Outreach Coordinator is a key role to ensure the smooth running of the College’s outreach and access programmes. This role is responsible for the day-to-day organisation and delivery of the College’s existing outreach programme, including the hosting of inbound school visits to the College, as well as travelling out to schools in the College’s regional link areas. The successful candidate will have relevant experience of higher education and/or of working with young people and have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. You will also need a flexible and adaptable attitude to work as some evening and weekend working will be required as well as regular travel away from Oxford but within the UK.
