Editorial Assistant (Journal of Product Innovation Management)

We are looking for an experienced administrator to support the editorial team of the leading international journal in the domain of innovation management: the Journal of Product Innovation Management (JPIM). 

In this role you will: 

  • Provide professional support and detailed advice and guidance to the JPIM editorial team to ensure that all journal submissions are processed effectively and efficiently.
  • Manage all aspects of the incoming manuscripts process.
  • Ensure the accurate recording of information on the journal’s online system.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Are a team player who will work with colleagues to provide a great service.
  • Can communicate in writing clearly, concisely, and effectively to provide detailed advice and guidance on administrative processes.
  • Have a good standard of numeracy and IT literacy.
  • Have experience in working in an administrative role or environment and the ability to set up standard office systems and procedures, making improvements to these as appropriate.

This role is eligible to be offered on a blended working basis, meaning that as well as spending time working on campus you may spend some time working from another location, e.g. your home. This position is part time, 14 hours per week (0.4FTE) and fixed term until 31 December 2027.
