The RNCM is a world-leading conservatoire and vibrant live music venue located in Manchester’s thriving education district.
We’re looking for a professional and enthusiastic receptionist to join our busy Operations Team.
The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with a desire to provide outstanding customer service at all times. Promoting strong organisation and time management skills, you will be the face of the RNCM, welcoming and helping all members of our community daily.
Key responsibilities include responding to and directing queries from staff, students and external visitors, overseeing system bookings, receiving, checking and recording deliveries, and maintaining all necessary records to an excellent standard.
This role is part-time, on a fixed term, 12-month contract. The successful candidate would be expected to work Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 1.00pm to 6.30pm, as well as Wednesdays 8am to 6pm. The successful candidate will also have the ability to be flexible within these hours to cover annual leave and sickness within the team.
