The Skoll Centre, which sits within Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, has a 20-year history of equipping entrepreneurial leaders for impact within and beyond business. As the Executive Assistant to the Academic Director and Deputy Director, you will be instrumental in helping the Skoll Centre fulfil its mission. This dynamic role requires proactive operational and administrative support, ensuring smooth, high-level interactions across diverse stakeholders, both within and outside of the University.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide proactive, high-quality administrative support, including diary management, meeting organisation and travel coordination.
- Accompany the Academic Director and Deputy Director in stakeholder meetings, preparing follow-up documents and managing communications.
- Serve as the Centre’s first point of contact, handling a range of queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Support internal and external consultants and advisors, coordinating project support as needed.
You will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, a structured approach to managing multiple tasks, and the ability to prioritise effectively across varied assignments, even during busy periods. You should be a proactive problem-solver with strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in drafting documents and proofreading.
