The successful candidate will manage our Lecture Recording service, taking the lead in discovering how we use video solutions to improve learning and teaching in one of the country’s top universities. This is a great opportunity for either an experienced Service Manager or an individual with a background in technology looking to grow and develop within the role.

The role offers a salary of £40,247 – £47,874 pa and has a hybrid-working pattern, involving working on-campus in Edinburgh at least two days a week. Working hours are ideally 35hrs per week, but the team are committed to offering flexibility so we would be happy to consider options like compressed hours or staggered start/finish times.

What you’d be doing on the job:

A bit about you:

  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and people management skills
  • A strong, demonstrable interest in new developments in media and technology
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Confident in your ability to learn and become proficient with new IT systems and processes
