About the Role
The HR Systems Analyst / Developer is a pivotal role in the HR Systems team within IT Services, ensuring the integrity, delivery, support and development of the University’s HR systems. The post holder will also play a key role in supporting the HR Systems Manager in the design and delivery of strategies for the further development, linkage and exploitation of HR systems ensuring alignment with university strategic aims.

About You
You will be educated to degree level in IT or equivalent. You will have extensive experience, ideally in a cloud environment, in supporting, developing and maintaining HR systems, especially Zellis's Web View, My View and associated software. The post-holder will be able to work on their own initiative within the context of the ITS HR systems team and the wider context of ITS Enterprise Systems team.
