About the Role
You will be part of a team providing support for academics in named School(s) or Institute(s) for pre- award requirements (vary based on any particular aspects required). Your role will be key in ensuring fast and efficient administration, with a focus on quality and responsiveness. There will be responsibility for meeting service level agreements for standard grants or agreeing response timeframes for non-standard grants or contracts. You will be expected to keep up to date with changes in that funders positions and to share knowledge amongst relevant central and school/institute-based teams.
About You
We are looking for candidate who can provide accurate, timely and relevant information to support internal and external processes (e.g. audits, consultations, committees). Someone who can ensure QM interests are maximised and understand determine contractual risk. You should be responsible for project collaboration agreements with commercial and non-commercial partner organisations within your portfolio. We also seek someone who can provide training and be able to interact with all levels.
