The School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science is looking to recruit three Research Assistants or Postdoctoral Research Assistants to support projects in the Antennas group led by Prof Yang Hao (FREng, FIEEE). These roles are supported by EPSRC and the Industry to develop novel reconfigurable antennas and metasurfaces for wireless communication applications.
About You
Applicants should have completed an Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent). Applicants at a PDRA level must have a PhD in Electronic Engineering. Candidates must have expertise in one or more of the following areas: reconfigurable metamaterials, metasurfaces (specifically reflecting intelligent surfaces) or phased array design. It would be desirable for applicants to have publications in leading journals within their respective fields.
