What we’re looking for

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, customer-focussed individual to join NCUK as University Compliance & Development Executive.

This role will deliver visa compliance, policy development and procedural delivery for NCUK’s University Placement and Conversion services.

What will you do?

This role will be responsible for delivering training and development in university placement, student recruitment and compliance. This will include delivering face-to-face training sessions overseas and in the UK with relevant stakeholders, online training, creating documentation for training purposes and managing the training programmes for counsellors and study centres.

What do you need?

To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Completed education to the level of high school completion or local equivalent.
  • Experience in process improvement and change management
  • Experience of having worked in a student-facing or internal role connected to applicants of the UK student route visa (or Tier 4)
  • Experience of having to work with an excellent level of attention to detail
  • Experience working with undergraduate and postgraduate students and students progressing from non-standard routes, such as Direct Entry or Foundation Programmes.
  • Experience of working with external counsellors, agents or other bodies connected to the student lifecycle.
