*This role offers hybrid and flexible working options but attendance at either our Canterbury or London offices for training, role-based tasks and meetings will be required.
We are recruiting for an enthusiastic Project Coordinator to help support and manage the development and delivery of our educational programmes across LIBF’s business areas.
The Project Coordinator will provide support to the Project Manager, project management team and the wider Learning Provision department by coordinating teams throughout the project process, contributing to and maintaining effective project plans, collating and analysing project feedback and managing day-to-day project tasks and queries.
The successful candidate will be a well-organised self-starter, have excellent interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships, enjoy problem-solving and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team. Experience in a project setting is essential for this role and the ability to adapt to different working environments is desirable.
A successful and motivated candidate who proves themselves in the role over time will be on a career pathway to a fully fledged project manager role, based on completion of various development requirements to be defined.
