About Us
Our mission is to provide transformative, high-quality digital education, so students can learn, wherever they are.
We collaborate with academics and professional services staff across the university, and with our external partners, to design, develop and deliver a wide range of educational programmes.
Our learners study with us from across the world, choosing when and where they study, working around their schedules.
We are a dynamic team with ambitious growth targets in a priority area of development for King’s. We proudly foster a supportive culture and community which prioritises both individual and collective wellbeing.
Employee support at King’s includes flexible working arrangements, paid maternity/shared parental leave, menopausal support, an active wellbeing programme, training and development opportunities and much more. All of our staff benefit from a generous pension contribution as well.
As part of hybrid working at King’s, all team members can work remotely for part of the week if they wish.
About the Role
The Project Manager is responsible for the production management and coordination of online and blended modules and programmes. Working with a diverse team made up of developers, designers, and media producers, you will lead the team to ensure that the content produced is delivered to agreed schedules and resources, and meets our quality standards.
You will forge strong relationships with your project teams, stakeholders in faculties and with partners external to King's, which will include providing excellent reporting and maintaining effective communication throughout the duration of each project. This role will primarily involve working on existing modules and programmes which need improvements to content or to the delivery of materials.
You must be confident in establishing faculty relationships and getting up to speed with processes quickly and maintaining the high standards set.
You will be responsible for the quality of the product, from the start of the development process to its completion and delivery to students. You will ensure your project team(s) communicate effectively and have the required resources to perform at a high level.
This is a full time (35 Hours per week), and you will be offered an indefinite contract.
