Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 1 year in the first instance.

The University is currently introducing a new cloud based HR HCM system. The new system will need to integrate with existing applications, which are currently integrated through flat file or database connection, via Azure integration services. Microsoft Fabric will also be launched as the new reporting platform to replace the current legacy reporting services.

What you'll do

You'll work with the Senior Delivery Manager currently working on this, and between you coordinate across integrations and reporting work to support the breadth, scale and complexity of this work. 

Scope of work may also include delivery management of any other work as required related to managing the delivery of integrations and inbound/outbound data with UIS systems and the creation of reports to enable reporting continuity from current to future state. 

Experience

  • Working in undocumented high-pressure environment.
  • Data migration and system integration.
  • Managing the integration of legacy apps with a new integration platform.
  • Working with suppliers.
  • Delivering projects with a fixed deadline.
  • Working in agile environments.
  • Ideally an understanding of Azure, Oracle HCM and/or Microsoft reporting platforms.
