About the role

The Information and Digital Group (IDG) at the University of Warwick are currently recruiting for a Head of Warwick Digital Academy.

The Head of Warwick Digital Academy will work collaboratively with staff and strategic partners to create a unique collaborative educational programme that aims to enable our staff to be their best, in an innovative and exciting way.

The role will be key in developing a high performing, skilled and motivated workforce, to enable IDG, and the wider university community, to thrive in a dynamic digital era.

About you

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and strategically minded individual that has demonstrable experience in initiating and managing organisational change programmes and/or people centred cultural and skills development programmes. Someone with a passion for innovation, who readily looks to develop and implement innovative solutions.

The post requires an individual who can develop and use data insights to inform decision-making and improve programme effectiveness and value. Beyond launching and driving the operations of the Warwick Digital Academy, the post holder will be expected to use their knowledge and expertise to build a strong presence and awareness of the Warwick Digital Academy.
