Warwick Business School (WBS) is a world-class business school at the heart of an outstanding university. We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our Executive Education team.
In this role, you will lead on our tendering, proposals and contracting activities and manage and maintain Executive Education’s usage of the School’s CRM platform. You will also be responsible for the accurate real-time forecast of Executive Education’s known and potential income, and the management of and reporting on the section’s custom programme pipeline. As the Sales Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Executive Education section. Your work will directly influence the success of our business development efforts and the overall growth of the school. At WBS, you will work alongside a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about education and business. Our collaborative culture encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

About You
You bring significant commercial experience in a similar role and have a proven track record of providing high levels of customer service in a B2B environment, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. You are experienced in working on tenders and e-tender submissions, showcasing your ability to manage complex proposal processes and contribute to securing new business opportunities.
You possess strong financial forecasting skills, enabling you to provide accurate and insightful financial analysis and support strategic decision-making. You have experience in contract review and appraisal, ensuring that all agreements are beneficial, compliant and processed in a timely manner.
You demonstrate strong resilience, flexibility, and a proactive, growth mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Your excellent written and verbal communication skills enable you to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders.
