Head of Student Recruitment and Marketing

The Head of Student Recruitment and Marketing is a critical role within the leadership team of the newly formed Directorate of Student Recruitment at Birmingham Newman University.

We are seeking a driven and values-led professional with experience of delivering ambitious growth targets in Higher Education student recruitment. This is a great opportunity to join a growing, ambitious and inclusive university.

Reporting directly to the Director of Student Recruitment, this is a leadership position with a cross-institutional remit and the profile and resources to match. You will be required to deputise for the Director as appropriate, and represent the university on professional groups and committees as appropriate. Strong candidates will bring significant experience of developing and delivering institution-wide student recruitment strategies.
