We manage a high workload, often multi-tasking and prioritising our processes to meet the demands of stakeholders and managers. You will liaise with staff at all levels across the University, and will be completing Right to Work, DBS and UKVI checks, running reports and providing a high standard of customer service to all stakeholders.

Skills and Experience required

You will have good organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. A methodical approach is needed, and your application will show you are able to prioritise a busy and varied workload. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential. You will be a strong team player, able to engage with colleagues and can work independently. You will be an excellent communicator (written and verbal) with a good standard of customer care. Previous experience within a Higher Education Institution or within Human Resources, would be advantageous.

For the UH4 HR Assistant Administrator role you will have demonstrable experience in a customer facing role.

For the UH5 HR Administrator role you must have proven administrative experience in a complex and dynamic organisation and be able to demonstrate proficient administrative skills.

If you have the skills and commitment to customer service which we’re looking for then we’d love to receive an application from you; this is a great opportunity for someone keen to develop their HR knowledge and experience.
