The School of Life Sciences is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated Senior Educational Support Services Assistant to provide high quality administrative support for our teaching programmes. You will be involved in a range of activities, primarily for our undergraduate teaching programmes, providing administrative support for the whole student life cycle from recruitment through to graduation. You will be joining a positive and supportive team.

The Educational Support Services Office is a busy, diverse area requiring online and face-to-face contact with students and staff. The post requires flexibility to support departmental events, some of which may occasionally be on a weekend, such as open days, Welcome Week, inductions and graduation.

About You

You will have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to demonstrate that you are a strong team player. You will be highly organised, pro-active and able to prioritise your own workload and use your initiative.
