The Advice and Wellbeing team, the Disability and Inclusion team, and the Student Success Hub make a significant contribution to student success, retention, progression and satisfaction and to the personal and professional development of Birmingham Newman students. We are seeking an ambitious, driven and values-led professional with substantial experience of delivering student services in higher education. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader who has the ability to work across disciplines and service functions to deliver exceptional wellbeing services to all students. They will add value to student outcomes and success and lead enhancements to seamless cross-institutional systems development.
Reporting directly to the Director of Student Success, this is a leadership position with cross-institutional remit and responsibilities as appropriate for the grade and post. You will be required to deputise for the Director and represent the university on professional groups and committees as appropriate.
