Birmingham Newman University invites applications for the position of Academic Partnerships Lead within the School of Business and Law. This key role is dedicated to leading the strategic development and operational delivery of our collaborative partnership provisions, while also contributing to the lecturing duties in Business Management. The appointed Academic Partnerships Lead will be instrumental in managing the students' academic journey at the University’s partner institutions, ensuring a high-quality educational experience.
The Academic Partnerships Lead will oversee and assure the quality of education provided through partner institutions, managing a team of link tutors and collaborating closely with partners. This role involves implementing and monitoring quality assurance processes, developing new partnership arrangements, and fostering strong relationships to support student outcomes. Additionally, the role includes contributing to the academic delivery of Business Management, participating in the wider academic year of the University.
A significant part of this role involves promoting innovative teaching practices and ensuring that partnership provisions align with the University’s academic standards and strategic goals. The Academic Partnerships Lead will work with the Head of Subject for Business, the Associate Dean and other senior management to enhance the relevance and quality of our academic offerings.
