Job Summary
Join Imperial College Business School as a leader of our MBA Recruitment and Admissions team. This critical leadership role is pivotal to the financial and reputational success of the school, responsible for enrolling over 500 high-calibre students annually across our MBA programs. In this role you will provide strategic and operational direction for the candidate lifecycle, ensuring an outstanding experience at every stage. You will work closely with stakeholders to define target cohort profiles, develop admissions processes, and uphold our quality and diversity objectives, improving the school's ranking and reputation.
As the Director, you will represent the Business School on college-wide projects, at industry conferences, and in media engagements. This position requires a deep understanding of global education and employment market trends to influence strategic planning and ensure that the School remains competitive in attracting top talent.
Additionally, the role involves overseeing the MBA scholarships budget, developing financial aid strategies, and identifying new funding opportunities to support the School’s vision and mission. You will lead and mentor a team of recruitment and admissions professionals, ensuring they deliver operational excellence and high-quality customer service.
