Background
The new Department of Media, Culture and Creative Industries draws together academic staff specialising in Advertising, Creative Writing, Cultural and Creative Industries, English, Media and Communications, Marketing Communication, Media Management, Media Production, Publishing, PR and Strategic Communication. The department is committed to maintaining the high quality of our teaching.

Responsibilities
Candidates should be able to teach modules (as well as supervise and examine UG dissertations) in Publishing in a way that is industry-focused and socially relevant. Specifically, the successful candidate will be able to teach most or all
of the following modules:
Person Specification
The successful applicant will have a good first degree in Publishing (or a closely related field such as Media, Communication, English and so on) and industry-derived expertise related to Publishing. We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed teacher able to engage and enthuse a diverse student body that includes international students. We are also looking for a new colleague who is a team player and willing to collaborate.
