The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama is seeking to recruit two Student Experience and Wellbeing Officers to support the success and welfare of its higher education students.
Reporting to the Student Experience and Wellbeing Manager, the role holders will be responsible for providing information, guidance and advice to students on a range of study, personal, and wellbeing issues. They will also work with colleagues across the Student Centre to support a joined-up and integrated approach to the delivery of Central’s student and academic services and processes.
Focusing on student experience and student wellbeing, the role holder will have the opportunity to shape positively the experience each student has at Central.
The role holders will possess experience within student support in a higher education setting, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a demonstrable commitment to supporting students from diverse backgrounds.
