The Student Experience and Wellbeing Manager plays a critical role in contributing to the success and wellbeing of students at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
Reporting to the Head of Student Experience and Support Services, the role holder will be responsible for overseeing the operational management of Central’s Student Centre (comprising distinct teams including Student Advice, the Disability Service and the Counselling Service).
They will work with colleagues within the Academic Registry to provide a joined-up and integrated approach to the delivery of Central’s student and academic services and processes. The role holder will also work with stakeholders across the School to ensure that there is a student-centred approach to decision making and that the student experience is at the heart of what the School does.
The role holder will possess substantial experience within student support in a higher education setting, a strong understanding of current issues relating to student wellbeing, and a demonstrable commitment to supporting students from diverse backgrounds.
