About the Role
As a Senior Facilities Support Supervisor, you will play a key supervisory role in ensuring the effective and efficient day-to-day operation of the Schwarzman Centre for Humanities or other buildings on the Radcliffe Observatory Quarter site.
Your responsibilities will include scheduling tasks, liaising with contractors, responding to maintenance issues, and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures. You will also support the setup of lectures and events, including furniture arrangements, AV setup, and hospitality delivery.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong organisation, clear communication, and a proactive approach. You’ll play a key part in creating a professional and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.
