The Smith School is seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support Dr Thom Wetzer, , Associate Professor of Law and Finance and Director of the Oxford Sustainable Law Programme.
This varied and fast-paced position involves delivering high-level administrative support, including complex diary and email management, coordinating teaching commitments, arranging international travel, preparing meeting materials, and supporting academic projects. You will also help manage communications and maintain accurate records and web content.
You will work closely with colleagues across the University, as well as external partners from academia, government, and industry. Strong organisational skills, sound judgement, discretion, and the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels are essential.
This is a unique opportunity to support impactful work at the intersection of law, finance, and sustainability.
This post is fixed-term until 31 December 2027 and offered on a full-time basis.
