The Urban95 Academy is a leadership course run by LSE Cities in collaboration with the Van Leer Foundation. We run online and in-person academic courses for municipal leaders worldwide advancing the concept of child-centred city design.

The Programme Administrator will work closely with the Urban95 Academy Manager and the Logistics Coordinator to provide high-quality, comprehensive administrative support to the online and in-person components of the course and other project streams.

The main responsibilities of the role are to assist with the day-to-day tasks of running the academy, contributing to the marketing and communications strategy and delivery and to provide general administrative support for all aspects of the programme.

Candidates should have experience of working in an administrative capacity, preferably within the Higher Education sector and be educated to degree level or equivalent or have significant relevant work experience. Candidates should also have excellent IT skills across the range of Microsoft Office applications and have excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammatical accuracy and the ability to adapt content and style to the specific audience.
