The Operations Assistant (Student Experience and Staffing) will effectively and efficiently support with in person and online enquiry services from students, recent graduates, alumni and employers. Collaborating with the CRM and Systems Officer, you will help optimise the Division’s CRM system to enhance service delivery and improve overall operations.
Additionally, you will support with the Division’s day-to-day HR, administration and operations, providing a welcoming, friendly and first-class experience for students, staff and other stakeholders.
You’ll have excellent communication, organisation and IT skills, and be an innovative and flexible team player. You’ll be ready and willing to assist with ad-hoc and ongoing tasks across other areas of the team including financial and physical resources, executive and project support, health and safety, risk management and business continuity.
