The Institute of Archaeology within the Faculty of Social and Historical Sciences (SHS) is seeking to fill a full-time permanent post for an Estates Operations Coordinator. This is a full-time permanent post. The Estates Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Institute Manager to provide a consistent level of estates operations service, in line with agreed service standards. The post holder will be a key liaison between central services and the Institute for estates projects including input into the design and specification of major and minor refurbishment projects and the facilitation of such works.
We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and confident individual who is keen to ensure compliance with all Health and Safety and statutory compliance obligations promoting continuous improvement compliance with UCL’s Health and Safety Policy
About you
The successful candidate will be educated a degree level or have equivalent professional experience, or having acquired substantial relevant experience. A broad-based experience working in a laboratory-based environment and a comprehensive understanding of safety legislation is essential.
You must have experience of working in a fast-paced environment and handling diverse workloads, multi-tasking with confidence and with a high level of accuracy and with a wide range of stakeholders.
