Dynamic working is available as part of this opportunity. The University works a minimum of three days on campus, with the potential for two days at home with line manager agreement.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Estates and Facilities Management who are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and friendly team player to join the Business Support Office as a Business Support Administrator (Finance).

Here’s more about the role; 

Estates and Facilities Management is a multi-disciplinary organisation responsible for the development, management and maintenance of the University’s two campuses in Loughborough and London. The team deliver a range of hard and soft services ensuring the effective and sustainable management of the University’s land, buildings and biodiverse landscapes.  

For this role, the successful candidate will require: 

- Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential 
- A highly organised administrator with strong numeracy skills 
- Someone with meticulous attention to detail 
- Well-developed problem-solving skills 
- Ability to work flexibly and independently while managing own workload 

Previous knowledge of the University systems for procurement such as Agresso and TUCO Procure Wizard are welcome, but not essential as full training will be provided.

Interviews will be held in two parts, a 45-minute Q+A with the panel, and a shorter session to complete a selection of finance administration tasks on a computer.
