Your role as Team Leader

We are looking a talented, ambitious, and passionate Team Leader to join our Franchise Team at Costa Coffee which is primarily based at University Park at the University of Nottingham. 

As a member of our team, you will have a positive and enthusiastic approach and be a colleague that the team look forward to working with and building strong relationships with others to accomplish tasks and shared goals. You will have an eye for detail and aim to deliver exceptional operational standards and service at all times.

Main responsibilities for the role are the operation, organisation and supervision of one of our Costa Coffee stores and ensuring high quality and consistent service is provided at all times. As a Team Leader you will lead by example, be inclusive, fair, and respectful, be resilient and able to adapt to change quickly.

Position Available 

This is a permanent, part time position. Hours of work are 25 per week (5 shifts/5 hours each day mainly Monday to Friday to include occasional weekends) working between the hours 7.00am and 7.30pm, on a permanent contract over 52 weeks of the year. Flexibility working a range of shifts will be required.

Successful candidates for this position will be expected to attend statutory training courses within 6 months commencing employment and any refresher training required as part of the role. The Estates and Facilities have planned training courses throughout the year and there is an option to attend either total of 5 days during a typical week, Monday to Friday or total of 4 days which are arranged on a set weekend dates, Saturday and Sunday, within the year.
